Provision of postal services for the Government Strategic Reserves Agency

Summary

The tender covers postal services for the Government Strategic Reserves Agency for 24 months. The contractor must collect, accept, transport and deliver domestic and European international letters and parcels, including returns, to the agency headquarters, centres and warehouses, and must collect consignments from the headquarters in Warsaw once each working day between 14:30 and 15:30. The tender is not divided into lots and one contractor must provide the full scope. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. The estimated service categories include registered and unregistered domestic and international letters, priority services, acknowledgement-of-receipt services, domestic parcels and returns. The contracting authority may use an option worth up to PLN 1,200 gross for additional domestic postal orders. The contract period is 24 months.
