Printing services for miscellaneous documents

Summary

The Town of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges is commissioning a framework agreement for printing services of diverse documents. The contract comprises two lots: Lot 1 for small-format printing (municipal magazine, brochures, leaflets, flyers, and other documents) and Lot 2 for large-format printing (banners, roll-ups, posters, and other large formats). The initial term is one year and the framework may be tacitly renewed up to three times for a maximum of four years. Prices are based on unit prices detailed in the Bordereau des Prix Unitaires, with potential discounts from applicable catalogues. The procurement is conducted via an open procedure; subcontracting is possible under the framework conditions. Deliveries and payment terms are governed by the CCAP/CCAG FCS.
