Provision of drinking water services (DECI), sanitation and stormwater management

Summary

This procurement concerns a framework agreement for services to operate and maintain gravity sewer networks, sanitation and stormwater networks, and to control and operate PEI fire water supply points; four lots: Lot 1 gravity sewer and stormwater network operation; Lot 2 checks of private sanitation installations; Lot 3 pumping stations operation; Lot 4 control and operation of PEI fire water points (PEI). The award criteria are quality (60%) and cost (40%). Bidders must meet qualification and compliance requirements and provide evidence of financial capacity, prior experience, and qualified personnel, as well as environmental and quality management measures; subcontracting arrangements should be described where applicable and evidence provided.
