Summary

Annex 5 to the CCAP provides tools for monitoring the reuse/reutilization of parts, to be used under CCAP Article 4.2. It includes a reuse-control sheet to be completed by the technician performing the reuse action, a form for recording the actions, and a table for annual tracking reporting, intended to support sustainable management and administration.
