Maintenance and repair of elevators, freight lifts and escalators

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and repair services for elevators, freight lifts and escalators in the Paris La Défense area, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers maintenance and repair for 31 elevators and 3 freight lifts, with preventive and corrective maintenance, reinforced periodic visits, guaranteed availability and a spare parts stock. Lot 2 covers maintenance and repair for 23 escalators, including monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections, on-site presence on weekdays, regular reporting, stock management and a CMMS, and user notification in case of outages.
