Design, implementation supervision and integration of the scenography and graphic design for the “Hospital of Tomorrow” exhibition

Summary

The tender concerns the design, implementation supervision and integration of the exhibition design and graphic design for the temporary travelling exhibition “Hospital of Tomorrow”. The exhibition is planned to be presented at the Cité des sciences et de l’industrie in Paris from April 2028. The expected contract duration is 18 months, and the contract will be a fixed-price, single-provider, non-lotted contract. The procedure has two stages: candidates are selected first, after which the selected candidates are invited to submit tenders. Candidates invited to the second stage will attend a project presentation and a site visit, and the contracting authority may conduct negotiations. The tender submission deadline is 5 October 2026 at 16:00. Candidates invited to submit a tender will receive a EUR 3,000 prize excluding VAT.
