Reserved contract for grounds maintenance for CAF Alpes-Maritimes

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of CAF Alpes-Maritimes green spaces from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. It is divided into two lots: maintenance of green spaces in Antibes, at the headquarters and in La Trinité, and brush clearing at the La Trinité site. The maximum values including extensions are EUR 20,000 and EUR 40,000 excluding VAT respectively. The contract is reserved for eligible organisations employing disabled workers. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation gives 50% to price, 30% to technical quality and 20% to sustainable development.
