Purchase of tools

Summary

The call concerns the purchase of tools for three lots for the City of Créteil: Lot 1 – hand tools for building and road works; Lot 2 – tools and accessories for green spaces; Lot 3 – electrical tools and accessories. It is conducted as an open procedure with a framework agreement (bons de commande). Each lot has annual financial limits: Lot 1 up to 150,000 EUR, Lot 2 up to 50,000 EUR, Lot 3 up to 50,000 EUR (prices excluding VAT). Award criteria are: price 50%, technical merit 40%, and environmental/social performance 10%. Bid validity is 120 days; contract performance follows the CCP guidelines.
