Temporary Infrastructure and Equipment for the Mislata Three Kings Parade 2027

Summary

The Municipality of Mislata is procuring the rental, without purchase option, of temporary infrastructure and equipment for the Three Kings Parade and reception on 5 January 2027. The single, undivided contract covers delivery, installation, operation, technical support, maintenance, dismantling and removal of stages and auxiliary structures, electrical installations, generators, sound, lighting and audiovisual equipment, safety barriers, sanitary cabins and related equipment; the route requires 1,566 barriers, and the minimum provision includes two 100 kVA generators. Artistic performances, private security, medical services, cleaning and the distribution of food, drinks, toys or gifts are outside the scope.
