School catering for the towns of Casteljaloux and Antagnac, Casteljaloux leisure centres and nursery

Summary

The tender concerns catering services for children and adults at schools, leisure centres and the nursery in Casteljaloux, as well as the nursery school in Antagnac. The contract covers the supply and delivery of foodstuffs, menu planning under the supervision of a dietitian, food plans for different groups of diners, educational and communication activities, and continuous updating of HACCP procedures. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for food supply and delivery, with an estimated maximum value of EUR 396,000 over 36 months and up to two renewals; and Lot 2 for the provision of a cook as an optional service, with an estimated maximum value of EUR 114,000. The total estimated value is EUR 510,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to two lots may be submitted for and awarded, variants are not allowed, and a tender guarantee is not required. Lot 1 is assessed on product quality, menu composition, communication and monitoring tools, and price; Lot 2 is assessed on the cook’s technical qualifications and experience, organisation, hygiene and quality, and price.
