Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety and smoke extraction systems in the buildings of Ecully

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems and smoke extraction systems in the buildings of the municipality of Ecully. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers SSI types 2–4, with an estimated value of EUR 22,000, and Lot 2 covers SSI type 1, with an estimated value of EUR 60,000. A separate framework agreement will be concluded for each lot with a single economic operator, and the work will be ordered through purchase orders. The agreements will run for 48 months; they will take effect on 1 January 2027, the first two-year period will end on 31 December 2028, and they may be tacitly renewed once for a further two years, until 31 December 2030.
