Aggregation of electricity produced by the Lubersac solar power plant

Summary

The tender concerns the aggregation of electricity produced by the Lubersac solar power plant in order to balance supply and demand on the grid and sell energy produced on behalf of Corrèze Énergies. It is a framework agreement with up to three suppliers, initially lasting 2 years and renewable once for the same period; the maximum total duration is 4 years. Subsequent contracts will be awarded following renewed competition among the framework agreement suppliers. The maximum quantity over 24 months is 30,000 MWh. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are price at 45%, technical value at 50% and environmental criteria at 5%.
