Manufacture and installation of signage elements and equipment for the Eiffel Tower site

Summary

The tender concerns a multi-supplier framework agreement for manufacturing, installing, relocating and providing signage elements and equipment at the Eiffel Tower site. The framework will have three holders, no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 900,000 excluding VAT over the full term, including renewals. Services will be ordered as needed through purchase orders or subsequent contracts. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three further 12-month renewals, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. The work includes the manufacture and supply of signs and related materials, complete installation, installation with electrical connections, and relocation and logistics of existing elements. Bids are evaluated on price (50%), human resources (20%), technical resources (20%) and environmental performance (10%). The three highest-ranked tenderers will be appointed to the framework. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 14 September 2026, Paris time. Variants are not permitted.
