Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Fire Safety Systems

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems, alarm equipment, smoke extraction systems and firefighting equipment at sites of the Ariège Departmental Council, SESTA and the Ariège Fire and Rescue Service. It is a three-lot framework agreement with an initial duration of 12 months and up to three tacit renewals. The maximum amounts are EUR 200,000 for Lot 1, EUR 140,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 72,000 for Lot 3. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Award criteria are price (50%), technical value (25%), delivery time (15%) and environmental performance (10%).
