Physical, mechanical, chemical and biological analyses of sediment and all water matrices

Summary

The tender concerns laboratory analysis services for sediment and water matrices from the Arcachon Basin. It is a single-operator framework agreement with purchase orders divided into five lots: physical and chemical analyses of sediment and soil, physical and chemical analyses of all waters, bacteriological analyses of surface waters, ecotoxicity assessment of sediment under protocol H14, and trace-metal analyses in the Arcachon Basin and connected watercourses. The annual maximum values are EUR 20,000, EUR 80,000, EUR 32,000, EUR 20,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT respectively. The initial term runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year renewals until 31 December 2030. Offers must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 12:00, remain valid for 90 days, and be prepared in French and euros. No variants are allowed. The supplier must be able to provide the required laboratory analyses, sampling or transport services where applicable, and detailed technical, environmental and pricing information.
