Supply of fault injection test benches

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the supply of a laser thermal-stimulation fault-injection test bench and associated services, while Lot 2 covers an electromagnetic fault-injection test bench and its associated accessories. Bids may be submitted for both lots, with a separate technical solution and price offer for each lot. For Lot 1, the system must be new, installed and commissioned at the contracting authority’s premises in Rennes; the delivery period is no more than 6 months and the contract lasts five years: one year of warranty followed by four years of maintenance, technical support and software updates. For Lot 2, the bidder must state the delivery period in calendar weeks. Electronic submission is required by 13 October 2026 at 16:30. E-invoicing is required for both lots and alternative solutions are not permitted.
