Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety, alarm, smoke extraction and firefighting systems

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems, alarm equipment, smoke extraction systems and firefighting equipment at sites of the Conseil Départemental de l'Ariège, SESTA and SDIS de l'Ariège. The procurement is divided into three lots and will result in a framework agreement with one contractor. Each lot has a planned duration of 12 months and may be tacitly renewed three times. The maximum framework amounts are EUR 200,000 for Lot 1, EUR 140,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 72,000 for Lot 3. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00.
