Acquisition of fuels and non-road diesel

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of fuels to the services of the City of Saint-Amand-Montrond through accredited cards at service stations, as well as the bulk supply of non-road diesel. It is divided into two lots: the estimated value of Lot 1 is EUR 400,000 and Lot 2 is EUR 180,000, for a total estimated value of EUR 580,000 excluding VAT over the full contract term. Both lots are framework agreements performed through orders; bidders may submit for and be awarded no more than two lots. The planned contract period is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with up to three renewals. The tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 23:59. Bidders must account for electronic submission, electronic invoicing and the environmental conditions described in the tender documents.
