Supply of a Doppler acoustic profiler current meter (ADCP) with support

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of Doppler acoustic profiler current meters, their supports and accessories for high-precision river flow measurements. The supply includes equipment with motorised or non-motorised floating supports and, where required, options such as a GPS kit, compass, inclinometer, board or raft. It is a framework agreement with two suppliers, initially lasting one year and renewable for two further one-year periods; orders will be competed between the two framework suppliers. For each one-year period, the minimum value is EUR 10,000 excluding VAT and the maximum value is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. The tenderer must demonstrate relevant sales experience during the last three years and provide turnover information for the three most recent financial years. The tender must include the required qualification and tender documents, product technical data and completed price schedules. The award criteria are technical value at 60%, environmental performance at 10% and price at 30%. The tender must be submitted electronically in French by 16 October 2026 at 12:00.
