Artisanal fresh bread and wines for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers the supply of artisanal fresh bread and different wine ranges to the Municipality of Talence from 2027 to 2030 under a three-lot framework agreement. Lot 1 concerns fresh bread, Lot 2 premium-range wines and Lot 3 standard-range wines; the annual maximums are EUR 100,000, EUR 10,000 and EUR 30,000 excluding VAT respectively. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots, but Lot 3 is reserved for organisations meeting specific social inclusion conditions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 16:00. The evaluation gives 50% to technical quality, 30% to price and 20% to the environmental performance of raw materials and delivery; the required physical samples must also be provided for Lots 1 and 3.
