Supply of various oils, greases and lubricants for mechanical equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of various oils, greases and lubricants for mechanical equipment for the City of Paris. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers packaged oils and lubricants, with a minimum threshold of EUR 300,000 and a maximum threshold of EUR 3,500,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers bulk oil, with a minimum threshold of EUR 100,000 and a maximum threshold of EUR 2,300,000 excluding VAT. Both lots run for 48 months from notification of the contract and are not renewable. A bidder may submit an offer for both lots and may be awarded both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not permitted and electronic invoicing is required. The technical product sheets describe, among other items, engine, gearbox and motorcycle oils and their SAE, API, ACEA and manufacturer-specific specifications; the offer must comply with the technical requirements set out in the tender documents for the relevant lot.
