Rental of waste collection vehicles

Summary

The tender covers the short-term rental of waste collection vehicles without drivers. The four lots cover 19- and 26-tonne refuse collection vehicles with a maximum value of EUR 320,000, 26-tonne crane-equipped vehicles with a maximum value of EUR 500,000, 3.5-tonne mini refuse collection vehicles with a maximum value of EUR 250,000, and 12-tonne refuse collection vehicles with a maximum value of EUR 160,000; all amounts are exclusive of VAT for the full contract term. A single-supplier framework agreement will be concluded for each lot for an initial term of 12 months, with up to three tacit renewals and a maximum total duration of 48 months. The vehicles must be made available at a site located less than 50 km from the waste recovery centre, measured by the shortest one-way driving route, or delivered directly to the centre. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 12:00.
