Supply of foodstuffs for the municipality and the communal social action centre

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of foodstuffs for the municipality’s school restaurants, leisure centres and early-childhood facilities, as well as restaurants serving elderly people through the communal social action centre. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders, divided into up to 11 lots, with one economic operator per lot. The lots cover meat, charcuterie and poultry, dairy products, short supply-chain products, fruit and vegetables, groceries, frozen products, bread and bakery products, and snacks or picnic products. The framework is planned for 48 months from 1 January 2027, with three possible one-year renewals and a maximum end date of 31 December 2030. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 14:00. The estimated total value is EUR 9,358,000 and the maximum framework amount is EUR 13,520,000. Offers are assessed using price and quality-related criteria, including environmental or animal-welfare performance, direct agricultural sourcing and organisational arrangements, depending on the lot. Environmental performance conditions and a social inclusion clause apply during contract performance.
