Operation and maintenance services for the Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre heating plant

Summary

The tender covers a single-lot, 10-year contract for energy supply and operation, servicing, maintenance and control of the existing wood-fired heating plant, the heat network and connected substations under P1/P2/P3 terms.
