Supply and delivery of de-icing salt for the Allier department

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of road de-icing salt for the Allier department in France. The salt must meet the NF EN 16811-1 standard and the specified technical requirements: marine origin, Class A with a minimum sodium chloride content of 98%, medium grain size, moisture content of 2–6% and a minimum anti-caking agent content of 15 mg/kg. The contract is a framework agreement for one operator, with an initial period of up to 12 months from 1 January 2027 and three possible tacit 12-month renewals, for a maximum duration of 48 months. The maximum value is EUR 250,000 excluding VAT per period and EUR 1,000,000 overall. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 18:00. Variants are not permitted.
