Supply and Delivery of Medical Care Items

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of medical care and consumable products divided into six lots: oral-care items, anaesthesia masks, oxygen masks, operating-room pyjamas, cutting devices and tubing. It is a framework agreement performed through purchase orders; bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The maximum annual value excluding VAT is EUR 20,000, EUR 15,000, EUR 12,000, EUR 15,000, EUR 3,000 and EUR 50,000 respectively. The contract starts on 20 December 2026 for lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 and on 21 December 2026 for lot 4, initially runs until 19 December 2027, and may be renewed three times for 12 months, with a maximum end date of 19 December 2030. The bidder must provide qualification and company documents, complete every line of the price schedule, state the brand and reference for each product, and attach technical data sheets. For lots 1–3, a sample of every proposed product must reach the contracting authority by 13 October 2026 at 16:00. The tender must be submitted electronically as one file by 15 October 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, therapeutic and technical suitability for 20%, supplier services for 10%, and social and environmental responsibility for 10%.
