Public health services: pest control, stray animal management and handling of dead animals

Summary

The tender covers public health services for the City of Stains in two lots: Lot 1 concerns pest control, while Lot 2 concerns the capture of stray animals, removal of dead animals and management of an animal pound. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots. The contract uses mixed pricing: preventive services are paid on a lump-sum basis and corrective services according to unit prices. The annual maximum amount for the unit-price part is EUR 60,000 excluding VAT for each lot. The technical memorandum is limited to 15 pages excluding the cover page and must follow the required structure; a customised or generic memorandum may lead to rejection. Offers must be submitted electronically in French. The evaluation awards 40 points for price, 50 for technical value and 10 for environmental performance.
