Supply of public lighting equipment 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of public lighting equipment under a framework agreement, including poles and lighting columns, brackets and arms, luminaires and floodlights, lamps and accessories. The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027, or on a later notification date, runs until 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year each. It is a multi-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume and an annual maximum of EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT, distributed among the awarded suppliers. The bidder must demonstrate economic, technical and professional capacity and submit a list of its main supplies during the last three years, with amounts, dates and customers, together with capacity certificates or supply references. Tenders will be evaluated on technical value (50 points), supply prices (30 points), and technical assistance and after-sales service (20 points). A minimum score of 70 points is required to become a framework-agreement holder. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 11:00. The tender validity period is 90 days; subsequent-contract tenders are valid for 120 days.
