Supply of heavy goods vehicles and vans

Summary

The tender covers the supply of three lots for the City of Niort: one Pata 19T synchronous chip spreader, one 19-tonne heavy vehicle with a two-compartment tipper body and side discharge, and three thermal engine crew-cab vans for the Municipal Police. Offers are evaluated using the overall cost of use and environmental performance, technical value and warranty level. The bidder must provide the required technical vehicle information, kilometre-cost calculation, warranty and after-sales service commitments, and detailed pricing. The successful bidder must subsequently provide the required tax, social security, labour-law and insurance evidence.
