Summary

The tender concerns the operation, maintenance, servicing and renewal of heating, domestic hot water, water treatment, air-conditioning, ventilation and building automation systems for the City and CCAS of Saint-Genis-Laval. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, or on the date of notification if later, for an initial period of three years.
