Dynamic purchasing system for the acquisition of new or recent used vehicles and mobile equipment for the Gard Department

Summary

The Conseil départemental du Gard is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the acquisition of new or recent used vehicles and other mobile equipment. The 15 lots cover passenger cars, passenger cars with maintenance and replacement-vehicle services, utility vehicles, 4x4 vehicles, heavy goods vehicles by weight category, winter-service equipment, tractors and verge mowers, mowers, backhoe loaders, excavators, and articulated wheel loaders. The system is planned for 72 months from 2 September 2026, with applications or tenders due by 31 August 2032 at 12:00. Electronic submission is required, variants are not allowed, and a bidder may submit for and be awarded a maximum of 15 lots. Invoicing must be electronic.
