Operation of thermal, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations in members' buildings

Summary

The tender concerns the operation and maintenance of thermal, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations in buildings belonging to the participating members. It is divided into two lots and will be implemented through a framework agreement with orders placed during the contract period. Bids may be submitted for up to two lots, and a maximum of two lots may be awarded to one operator. A mandatory site visit is required; a bid from a candidate that has not completed the visit will be declared irregular. Electronic submission is required by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. The framework agreement is planned to start on 1 January 2027 and last 57 months. The estimated value is EUR 5,000,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 640,000 for Lot 2.
