Supply and delivery of food products for meals prepared at the municipal restaurant and Jardins municipal nursery

Summary

The City of Vaucresson is procuring the supply and delivery of food products for meals prepared at the municipal restaurant and Jardins municipal nursery. The procurement is divided into 8 lots covering pork and charcuterie, poultry, butcher’s meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen products, dairy and egg products, grocery products, and mixed organic products. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. This is a unit-price framework arrangement operated through purchase orders, with no minimum order volume. Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are single-supplier frameworks; lot 4 may have two suppliers if enough admissible bids are received. The framework starts on 1 January 2027, runs for one year, and may be renewed annually up to a maximum total term of four years, ending no later than 31 December 2030. Maximum amounts range from EUR 9,500 excluding VAT for lots 1 and 3 to EUR 85,000 excluding VAT for lot 5. The maximum amounts are ceilings, not guaranteed budgets. The bid must be submitted electronically through MAXIMILIEN by 6 October 2026 at 12:00. Paper, email and fax submissions are not accepted. The bid must be in French or accompanied by a French translation and must remain valid for 4 months. The tenderer must provide the required candidate forms, authority documents, financial and technical capacity information, a completed price schedule, catalogue, technical response, product data sheets and bank details. Technical and financial quality are weighted 60% and 40%, respectively, with detailed attention to product quality, food safety, traceability, delivery processes, environmental performance and short supply chains.
