Supply of electrical consumables

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of electrical consumables for the Municipality of Biscarrosse, including boxes and enclosures, fuses and circuit breakers, cable ducts, lighting products, batteries, domestic electrical accessories, cable ties, wires and cables, and heating equipment. The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement operated through purchase orders, initially for one year from 1 January 2027 at the earliest, with tacit annual renewals up to a maximum total duration of four years. Its maximum value is EUR 120,000 excluding VAT per year, with an overall framework ceiling of EUR 480,000 indicated in the notice. The supplier must provide carriage-paid delivery, product recycling and waste treatment, including recycling bins for batteries, lamps and tubes. The bid must include the completed unit-price schedule and estimated-quantity schedule, a technical memorandum, product data sheets, delivery times, catalogue and discount information, warranty and after-sales arrangements, ordering procedures, technical and human resources information, and an environmental memorandum on waste management. The award criteria are price 40% and technical value 60%.
