Water fountain rental, installation and maintenance for the Oise Ouest and Vexin Hospital Group

Summary

The tender covers the rental, installation, commissioning and preventive and corrective maintenance of mains-connected water fountains for the Oise Ouest and Vexin Hospital Group, including maintenance of the group’s existing equipment. It is divided into two lots: new fountains with rental and maintenance, and maintenance and refurbishment of the existing fleet. The framework agreement has no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 500,000: EUR 400,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 100,000 for Lot 2. It may be awarded for up to two lots, and variants are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Financial schedules must be returned in the original spreadsheet format; modified spreadsheets, PDFs and scans are declared inadmissible. The bidder must be able to meet hospital hygiene and drinking-water requirements, provide the required compliance evidence, organise preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain traceability and reporting, and meet the stated response times.
