Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of natural gas and associated services (2027–2029) for the Pays de l'Or agglomeration community – relaunch

Summary

The tender concerns a multi-supplier framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the supply and delivery of natural gas and associated services for the Pays de l'Or agglomeration community. Up to two companies will be admitted to submit offers for subsequent contracts. The agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with no minimum volume and a maximum annual volume of 2.7 GWh for seven delivery points. Aquatic facilities will be connected from 1 June 2027. The framework agreement is evaluated using technical quality at 80% and price at 20%; subsequent contracts are competed on price alone. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Electronic invoicing is required.
