Optimization of bring-bank collections across the SM SIROM Flandre Nord territory

Summary

The procurement concerns the optimization of bring-bank collection services for glass and paper in the territory of SM SIROM Flandre Nord. It is an open procedure for a framework agreement divided into three lots: (1) supply, installation and maintenance of fill-level sensors and collection-optimization software; (2) collection and transport of glass and paper banks using Kinshofer equipment; and (3) collection and transport of paper banks using a simple-hook system.
