Summary
The tender concerns the supply and delivery of radiopharmaceutical products for the Beauvais Nuclear Medicine group under a framework agreement with purchase orders. It is divided into seven lots: FDG (1,500 doses annually), F-Choline (110 doses), F-DOPA (15 bulks of 1,500 MBq), F-PSMA (20 bulks of 900 MBq), sodium fluoride (5 doses), amyloid plaque tracers (5 doses), and fluciclovine (5 doses). Lot 1 will have two framework-agreement holders, with orders allocated approximately 80% to the first-ranked holder and 20% to the second; the other lots are single-supplier lots. The initial term is one year from notification, with three possible automatic one-year renewals, for a maximum duration of four years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 180 days. Price carries 50% of the evaluation, technical quality 40%, and sustainable development 10%; the detailed assessment is set out in the consultation rules. A bidder must be able to supply compliant radiopharmaceuticals, transport radioactive materials under ADR class 7 requirements, meet the specified delivery and quality obligations, and provide the required declarations, technical information, pricing and supporting evidence.
