Procurement of orthodontic, medical and dental supplies and consumables

Summary

The tender covers the supply of orthodontic, medical and dental supplies and consumables to the City of Saint-Denis under a framework agreement. It is divided into four lots: consumables and small equipment for general dental practice, orthodontic consumables, medical and dental care consumables, and pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products. The framework agreement will initially run from 21 October 2026 to 20 October 2027, or from the later notification date until 20 October 2027, and may be renewed three times for one year each; the maximum duration is four years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 45% of the evaluation in every lot, with the remaining points based on technical quality, logistics and environmental performance. The maximum amounts per period are EUR 150,000, EUR 30,000, EUR 100,000 and EUR 120,000 excluding VAT for Lots 1 to 4 respectively.
