Installation of a building management system and energy and utilities metering

Summary

Bordeaux INP is procuring the installation of a building management system and energy and utilities metering at the ENSMAC and ENSEIRB-MATMECA school buildings. The works include studies and system audits, metering equipment and LoRa antennas, control equipment and programming, integration with existing systems, commissioning, training and maintenance. The contract has no lots and is divided into a firm tranche for the ENSEIRB-MATMECA and ENSMAC Building A and an optional tranche for ENSMAC Building C; its estimated value is €92,000.
