INRAE at the 2027 International Agricultural Show – Stand Design and Catering

Summary

INRAE is procuring services for its presence at the 2027 International Agricultural Show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, from 27 February to 7 March 2027. Lot 1 covers the design, production and installation of a turnkey 150 m² stand, with an estimated value of €140,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €210,000. Lot 2 covers catering for the stand, estimated at €25,000 excluding VAT and capped at €50,000; the scope includes a cocktail reception for about 150 people with at least six savoury or sweet items per person, drinks and service equipment, as well as delivery of about 50 lunch boxes each day of the show.
