Energy-efficiency improvement works at the CRIIAM building

Summary

The Var Departmental Directorate of Public Finances is procuring works to improve the energy efficiency of the former CRIIAM building at 785 chemin de l’Hermitage in Carpentras, in preparation for new public-finance services. The estimated contract value is €383,000, with a planned contract duration of 12 months. The three lots cover façade insulation; asbestos removal and roof insulation; and external joinery, the latter offered as an optional additional service and also covered by a separate interior-refurbishment procurement.
