Rouen Habitat asset strategy plan, building surveys and property identity records

Summary

OPH Rouen Habitat is procuring a single, phased assignment to assess its built and non-built property assets, prepare an identity record for each building, develop its 2028–2038 Strategic Asset Plan, and enter the technical and plan data into Novamap+. The work covers an asset portfolio of approximately 7,570 dwellings, along with associated non-residential premises and facilities, and is scheduled for 13 months from the commencement order.
