Partial Energy Renovation of Briffaut A

Summary

Université Grenoble Alpes is procuring partial energy-efficiency renovation works for the south-eastern wing of the Briffaut A building at its Valence site, with an estimated works budget of €550,000 excluding VAT. The seven lots cover façade works, waterproofing, joinery and solar shading, demolition and structural works, electrical works, plastering and painting, and ventilation. The project includes external insulation, roof insulation and waterproofing works, replacement of upper-floor windows and the roof skylight, solar shading, and double-flow ventilation for the library; Lot 1 also includes an optional tranche for semi-buried insulation.
