Audiovisual, Stage and Event Services

Summary

The Grand Reims Urban Community purchasing centre is procuring a 48-month framework agreement for audiovisual, stage and event services for the community, the City of Reims and participating members. It has three lots: audiovisual equipment rental and/or provision of technicians with rapid response (maximum €1,800,000 excluding VAT); event-specific audiovisual and stage services, including project support and delivery (maximum €4,500,000 excluding VAT); and recording, live transmission and transcription of assemblies and deliberative bodies, plus technical support at Stade Auguste Delaune (maximum €750,000 excluding VAT). The agreement has no minimum amount; lots 1 and 3 use purchase orders, while lot 2 is awarded to up to three operators for subsequent contracts.
