Design and project management services for infrastructure works in Bezons

Summary

The Municipality of Bezons and its Communal Social Action Centre are procuring design and project-management services for infrastructure, urban and landscape projects. Potential work includes street renewal, parking areas and public squares, road alterations, green-space improvements and new squares, with related studies and support during construction and handover. The multi-supplier framework agreement is not divided into lots and will be used through purchase orders for projects with an estimated works cost of up to €500,000 excluding VAT and subsequent contracts for projects above that amount. It has no minimum spend, a maximum of €500,000 excluding VAT per period, and an initial one-year term renewable three times, for a maximum of four years.
