The Commune of Viry-Chatillon is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement, without lots, for the maintenance and management of its outdoor sports lighting and for associated repair, renewal and modernisation works. The maintained network comprises approximately 280 lighting points, with a stated tolerance of ±10%.
