Modernisation of Corrèze Autonomie business applications

Summary

The Corrèze Department is procuring a four-year, single-lot framework agreement, with a maximum value of €550,000 excluding VAT, for the evolving maintenance and bespoke development of the business applications used by Corrèze Autonomie and shared with the Department’s autonomy directorate and the departmental disability office. The scope covers four applications for incoming requests, teleassistance case management, billing and mobile field data entry, together with their interfaces, data-replication and synchronisation tools, and reporting. Work includes application modernisation, new functionality and associated services such as initial takeover, training, audits and testing support.
