Operation of heating, domestic hot water, water treatment, air conditioning and ventilation systems in Grand Annecy and CIAS buildings

Summary

Grand Annecy and the CIAS are procuring operation and maintenance services for building heating, domestic hot water, water treatment, cooling, air conditioning and ventilation systems across three lots. Lots 1 and 2 cover Grand Annecy buildings, and lot 3 covers CIAS buildings. The contracts are planned for one year from 1 January 2027, with three possible one-year renewals, for a total term of up to four years; remuneration is partly fixed-price and partly through a framework agreement with call-off orders.
