Maintenance and repair of technical and tertiary-sector thermodynamic equipment, 2027–2030

Summary

Le Mans Métropole and the City of Le Mans are procuring a framework agreement for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of thermodynamic equipment from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Lot 1 covers technical equipment, including heat pumps and refrigeration systems; lot 2 covers equipment in tertiary-sector buildings, including heat pumps and VRV/VRF systems. The stated maximum amounts are €500,000 excluding VAT for lot 1 and €1,000,000 excluding VAT for lot 2; the notice also lists a €500,000 excluding VAT figure for lot 2. Food refrigeration equipment is excluded.
